Jet Realty of SWFL started with a simple idea: the best thing a real estate agent can do is listen. We're not built for high-volume production. We're built to give every client a personal, hands-on approach to buying and selling.
We Listen First
Knowledge and skill matter, and we have plenty of both, but none of it is worth much if we don’t understand what you’re actually trying to accomplish. So we ask. We pay attention. And then we go to work.
We're Your Advocate
From the first showing to the closing table, our job is to get you the best outcome — not the fastest one, not the easiest one for us.
We Handle the Details
Decades of transactions have taught us where deals get complicated. We stay ahead of the bumps so you don’t feel them.
We Keep in Touch
You’ll never wonder where things stand. Clear, honest communication is how we build relationships, and how we keep them.

A few things people ask us before we meet.
Yes, and often. We’ve made the move ourselves. Ask us about schools, flood zones, insurance, seasonal vs. year-round living, or how Naples compares to Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, or Marco Island.
We do. Our managing broker has more than three decades marketing commercial property and business assets, plus 20 years inside industrial manufacturing before that.
Naples is home base. We work throughout Collier and Lee Counties, including Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Ave Maria, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Sanibel. We’re licensed statewide, so we also work across Florida and can handle projects nationwide.
With a conversation. Schedule a one-on-one consultation, tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll listen — then we’ll get to work.
No. Many of our clients are out of state or overseas. We handle showings, inspections, and closings remotely when needed and keep you updated at every step.
